Next Day and other delivery services may take longer to reach you if you live in one of the following postcode areas: DD9-11, DG5-9, KY10, KY14-16, ML1-12, Isle of Wight PO30-41, TD5, TD15.

Please allow extra time for deliveries to remote locations such as Northern Ireland (BT), the Scottish Highlands & Islands (AB31-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-50, ZE1-3), Isle of Man (IM), the Channel Islands (GY, JE) and the Isles of Scilly (TR21-25).

Royal Mail

If you are not in when the parcel arrives, Royal Mail will keep the package at their local depot for up to 7 days, enabling you to pick it up or arrange redelivery. After 7 days, if you have not collected the parcel it is then returned to us.

DPD

You will be notified of a delivery date and time and will be given the option to change it. If you are not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 5 days enabling you to pick it up or arrange redelivery. After 5 days, if you have not collected the parcel it is then returned to us.

Failed or non delivered parcels that are returned to us will incur additional charges. Redelivery charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays on the part of our delivery partners. 

We will do our best to accommodate changes to orders made at your request but cannot always guarantee this will be possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been despatched from our warehouse
