How to measure for a bra

1. UnderbandMeasure firmly around your ribcage directly beneath the bust. Keep the tape level and breathe normally.

2. Full bustMeasure around the fullest part of the bust without pulling the tape tight or compressing the breast tissue.

3. Check the fitThe band should sit level, the centre should lie comfortably, and the cups should contain without gaping or spilling.

Sizing varies between brands and styles. Treat the chart as a starting point and use the product fit notes where available.
