Returns

Items should be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all labels and hygiene seals intact. For hygiene reasons, briefs, bodies, hosiery and intimate items may be subject to return restrictions once seals or packaging have been opened, except where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Your statutory rights are not affected.
